ShipSaving Event Recap: White Label Expo 2022, Las Vegas

Thank you for joining us at White Label Expo 2022. We really hope you enjoyed the event and that you felt like it was a worthwhile investment of your time, energy, and money. Although we could not meet everyone in person for this time, the spirit of the expo has never been stronger.

White Label World Expo is the largest and most important trade show for labeling and OEM products in North America. There are 400+ exhibitors, 11,000+ participants and 300+ speakers. A large number of online retailers and well-known sellers from Amazon, USPS, Etsy, JD, Alibaba, and other major platforms are gathered here.

ShipSaving participated in the 2022 two-day show as the industry-leading e-commerce shipping solution platform and received hundreds of inquiries from users, including e-commerce sellers, brick-and-mortar merchants, individual users, wholesalers, service providers, and ShipSaving's existing customers. Potential users' needs cover different segments such as order placement, international shipping, warehouse management, business cooperation, and technology integration.

As the show progressed, ShipSaving's Business Development Manager, Helen Kao had the opportunity to discuss the future of e-commerce with 100+ industry professionals.

The intense competition going on between the sellers also increased the consumers’ time of consideration before placing an order, consumers are trained to become more and more picky and difficult to please. Eventually, it all comes down to one core value. It’s not about what you sell, but how you sell it.

Helen mentioned in her speech, that other competitors are utilizing bots and machines for customer support, ShipSaving provides live support and resolves problems in no time. We try to be as user-friendly and humanized as we can in order to achieve a competitive edge in this industry.

“ShipSaving is born for and entirely oriented to the current e-commerce development trend. Small and medium-sized companies can benefit from the same professional-level management systems as large enterprises. “

Through the 2 days of the exhibition, we can summarize a core focus on online retailers: if you've had an eCommerce store for any length of time, you’ve likely experienced the feeling of needing to do a hundred things yet only having time for ten at the beginning. That’s why, when it comes to future trends, you have to prioritize, customize, and utilize, both consumer-wise and business-wise. Improve your business as the industry evolves. This is what the e-commerce community will need in the future.

The Expo has come and gone, and wow! We mean it when we say we couldn't have done it without your support and enthusiasm. We hope the day lived up to your expectations and more, and we cannot wait to see you soon.
