Process and handle the company’s day to day financial tasks, including invoice processing, financial reports and so on
Support weekly forecasting and monthly close functions by conducting reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts to include inventory, cash, reserves, and daily bank reconciliation activity.
Detect discrepancies on records or reports
Access computerized financial information to answer customer’s general questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
Filing claims upon customer’s request
Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
Create monthly and annual budget plans
Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information.
Compile data for financial reports
Process account invoices
Prepare billing statements
Must have experience in using Quickbook or other similar accounting software
Must have excellent oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Be reliable, responsive, multitasking, and courteous
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting and related major is preferred
