Edit Your Profile

Once you've successfully registered with ShipSaving, managing your profile becomes a breeze. From updating personal details to viewing billing information or changing your ShipSaving plan, everything can be accessed from your account page. Here's how to do it:

1. Accessing Your Account:
  • Log in to your ShipSaving account.
  • Click on your profile picture located in the upper right corner. This will take you to the Account page.
2. Navigating Through the Account Page:

The Account page comprises three main sections: General, Billing, and Plan.

  • Under the General section, update your name, profile picture, and company information.
  • The Billing section provides insights into your payment details.
  • The Plan section allows you to view or change your current ShipSaving plan.
If you're on the Standard plan, you'll notice an additional User section. You can not only invite new members, but also edit their access permissions to ensure the right people have the right access.

Change Your Password

To change your password, follow these streamlined steps:

  • Log in to your ShipSaving account. Click on your profile picture, this will take you to the Account page.
  • In the General section of the account page, input your current password.
  • Enter your new desired password.Click Save Changes to finalize the update.

Forget Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Follow these easy steps to reset it:

1. Request Reset:
  • Go to ShipSaving’s Login Page and click on Forgot password.
  • Input your email address and select "Reset Password". You'll receive a password reset email from ShipSaving shortly.
2. Reset Password:
  • Open the email from ShipSaving.
  • Click the green Reset Password button.
  • Follow the prompts to set a new password.
Remember to create a strong and unique password to ensure your account's security.

Cancel Your Account

We understand that sometimes things change, and you might need to cancel your ShipSaving account. The only way to cancel your ShipSaving account is by reaching out to our customer service. You can do so in the following ways:

1. Chat with Us:
  • Login to your ShipSaving account.
  • Find the blue chatbox on the right-hand side of your dashboard. Leave us a message, and our team will assist you promptly.
Please note: Our chat service is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm PDT/PST.
2. Email Us:
  • Drop us an email at support@shipsaving.com.
  • Mention in the email that you wish to cancel your ShipSaving account.
  • We typically respond to all inquiries within two business days.
It's crucial to be aware that even after canceling your ShipSaving account, if you've shipped out packages within a month before your cancellation, your bank account might still incur adjustment fees. Upgrade Plan

Looking to handle more shipments? Upgrading your ShipSaving plan is a straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you:

1. Navigate to the Plan Section:

Begin by logging into your ShipSaving account. And go to the Account page. Here, you'll see the Plan section which provides an overview of your current plan and the options available for upgrade.

2. Choose Your Plan:

Drag the green slider to the right, indicating the number of shipments you plan to send each month. The available plans will adjust based on the number of shipments you select.

Once you've chosen the desired plan, click the Try It Now button.

After that, a Plan Information window will appear. Select "Subscription" to proceed with the purchase. And voila, your plan is now upgraded! 🥳

When you upgrade to ShipSaving’s Standard plan:

Billing Cycle: You'll be set on an automatic 30-day billing cycle. For instance, if you start your subscription on January 1st, your next billing date will be January 31st.

Exceeding Label Limit: However, if you use up all the labels included in your plan before the 30-day cycle ends, your billing date will adjust. For example, if you're on the Standard plan with 100 labels starting January 1st and use all 100 labels by January 20th, you'll be billed again on January 20th to continue uninterrupted service. Your subsequent billing date will then be February 19th.
