Sales Manager

ShipSaving is an All-in-one shipping solution software company established in 2018. It is born and is entirely oriented to the current e-commerce development trends. We are currently looking for an energetic sales manager to join our team. The position is a combination of sales management and basic knowledge of e-commerce.

General Job Duties:

  • Answer customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments
  • Generate new business, marketing essential through introducing yourself and companies' services to new clients
  • Respond quickly to the internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information, schedule demo.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Proactively explore and market the company's business to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Requirements:

  • Minimum one-year successful B2B sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with clients and members of the business community.
  • Excellent time management skills required.
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Articulate and comfortable creating new business through cold calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required
