ShipSaving is an All-in-one shipping solution software company established in 2018. It is born and is entirely oriented to the current e-commerce development trends. We are currently looking for an energetic sales manager to join our team. The position is a combination of sales management and basic knowledge of e-commerce.
General Job Duties:
Answer customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments
Generate new business, marketing essential through introducing yourself and companies' services to new clients
Respond quickly to the internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information, schedule demo.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Proactively explore and market the company's business to potential clients.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Minimum one-year successful B2B sales.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with clients and members of the business community.
Excellent time management skills required.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter.
Articulate and comfortable creating new business through cold calls.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
